Description:

Shuujinko Race – Main Character Race – Protagonist Race

– Heroine NPC Update. –

You can find her in Squinn, she will probably be in one of the bars.
To recruit her, you must talk to her, and then commence the duel with her.
Lead her outside the city, and make sure that your are the ONLY character in your squad. If you have multiple characters, make another squad and put your main character in there.
If you lose the duel and you are not the only person in the squad, the Dialogue will break.

Once you defeat her, she will get up and talk to you. The Character edit screen will then prompt, and she will join your party.

If she is playing dead, first aid her, then pick her up and put her down.
Persist in this until she finally gets up.
If this still doesn’t work, put down a camp bed and stick her into it so it force stops her playing dead.
If after all of this, she gets up and walks away, attack her and defeat her again. It will then prompt the victory dialogue.
Repeat if necessary.

– I also nerfed Antagonist. His stats are no longer 400.
All his stats are in the 90s or 100s now.

– Added Custom JRPG faces from BiganEX mod for female shuujinko. Also JRPG hair.

Protagonist required 7,500 cats to recruit.
Antagonist is un-recruitable, but he serves as the final boss, and the man who killed Protagonist’s father. He has extremely high stats, and its recommended to only fight him endgame.
Both Characters spawn in "The Hub".
Protagonist will always wander around in that town and stay at the bar sometimes.
Antagonist spawns there, but he will leave to wander the world, so you will have to search for him later on if you want to fight him.
If you leave The Hub for a while, and come back, he teleports back to that town though.
Antagonist won’t attack on sight, and requires you to talk to him via dialogue in order to fight him.

You can edit Protagonist’s appearance when you recruit him.

– Fixed Female Meshes so you can now play female Shuujinko.

– Made it so you can start off as Slave with Shuujinko Race now.

Racial Description:
No one knows where they came from.
Only that the world revolves around them.
They have exceptional hand speed for some odd reason, causing them to be especially dexterous.
They even have knowledge of Electronics as if they were from another timeline.
Their strength and toughness are higher than normal due to how their body seems healthier than the average wasteland inhabitant.
They also have an extreme interest in Katanas for some odd reason…

PLAYER EXCLUSIVE RACE – You can only have 1 (Unless Cheated in, or recruit Protagonist NPC.)

Racial Abilities like Katana Animations are Player Exclusive as well.

Shuujinko Race is Subrace of Human

Shuujinko MALE Uses vanilla human aesthetics. You can go and edit it in FCS to add more.

Shuujinko Female uses edited custom jrpg faces.

Damage in video looks high and OP. That is because the animation mod was probably meant to be used with the normal weak katanas.
I am using Reverse blade Katana from Benevolent swordsman start mod, and it has high damage modifier.

HP Rates:

Head – 275 hp (70 hit chance)
Chest – 425 hp (150 hit chance)
Stomach – 325 hp (125 hit chance)
Left Arm – 250 hp (75 hit chance)
Right Arm – 250 hp (75 hit chance)
Left Leg – 260 hp (65 hit chance)
Right Leg – 260 hp (65 hit chance)

Double hunger because Protagonist is always eating a lot.

Max Blood of 400, Min Blood of 125.
Meaning they can fight longer and lose more blood than a regular human.

Bleed Rate of 0.25.
The relentless will of a Main Character to fight on gives them less bleeding.

Dexterity Exp Gain +100%
Str Exp Gain +50%
Toughness Exp Gain +20%
Katana Exp Gain +20%
Robotics Exp Gain +20%

You gain the Katana Moves as you level up in Katana Skill Level ingame.

Shuujinko Race uses these mods for flashy Katana animations.

When using Shuujinko mod, it disables Scorchlander and Greenlander from using these Katana animations.
So NPCs don’t run around spamming these moves with Katanas, and it becomes Player Exclusive.

Make sure to place Shuujinko Mod lower in your Load Order than the two above mods, so it overwrites them.

Q:
My character isn’t using Katana Moves… Why?
A:
Do you have the required Katana Skill Level ingame?
Also make sure you have the Katana Move Mods installed, and placed above this mod in load order so it doesn’t overwrite Shuujinko mod.

Q:
What is hit chance?
A:
Hit chance is when your character takes damage, the % RNG chance of that part being hit.

Q:
What is Min Blood?
A:
It is the Max Blood your character has at bad health such as starving or weak body.

Q:
Is this Player Exclusive?
A:
Yes, this Race and the Katana animations it uses becomes Player Exclusive to 1 character only.

Q:
Does this mod conflict with other Racial Mods?
A:
No, it shouldn’t. It adds a new race, and uses animations from a different mod so it should be safe to use with other racial mods.

Q:
If I use a new game start with multiple custom characters, can I make multiple Shuujinko Race Characters?
A:
Yes, probably. I haven’t tried it yet. It would be severely OP though, and thats up to you.

Q:
Aaaaah my female shuujinko looks ugly as heck, like a goblin!
A:
Scroll through optional faces and select the JRPG oriented faces.
