Jester Old Finale
Update 22/06/2018 few tweaks the debuff should only last 3 rounds now.
V0.2 Updated to revert the buff you get from the district preformance hall back to 33% was changed to 20%
Reverted the changes made to the Jester, finale should crit and do exactly what it use to do. Please let me know if it does not.

it is simply to check you dont have to tell me what mods you are using just go to your steam folder Steamsteamappsworkshopcontent262060 and check the mods you have downloaded if any of your other mods use the same files i have edited, it is more than likely why it is not working for you
