Description:

A crowned double-headed golden eagle flag/coat of arms for the Byzantine Empire. Replaces the tetragrammatic cross standard.

Seeing as the HRE got their two-headed eagle design from the Romans in Byzantium it’s only appropriate they get some in-game inspiration.
