Description:

A shattered world start, where every province inhabited in 1444 is its own OPM. To give countries time to consolidate, the start date has been pushed back to 1425, and a new Consolidation CB has been added for the duration of the Age of Discovery. Most start locations allow you to choose your starting government type.

Further gameplay changes:
-Every country gets a random ruler at start.
-Countries in India can convert to Sunni or Shia for the full Indian Sultanate experience.
-Countries that represent areal or regional states (like Portugal or Bohemia) don’t exist at the start of the game, but are easily formable. Vanilla formation and re-formation decisions are mostly unchanged, though in a couple instances the requirements have been relaxed a little, in keeping with the alt history flavor of the mod.
-Certain eligible Austrian and Turkish countries can adopt the Habsburg or Osmanoglu dynasty in order to be able to form Austria or the Ottomans.
-New decisions to make forming France easier for Brittany, or for the southern French minors; and for forming Italy as a South Italian country.
-Native states capable of migrating are reduced to OPMs, without their other inhabited provinces being occupied by new states. Non-migratory New World states, like the Andean and Mesoamerican states, are treated like their Old World counterparts.
-Many tag-specific ideas have now been made available to all minors of that culture (e.g., Korean or Portuguese ideas)
-Madeira, the Azores, and the eastern Canaries are now uncolonized, to give more European and North African countries the opportunity to grab a foothold for transatlantic colonization.
-Due to the large number of states breaking HRE balance, it is not possible to accumulate imperial authority before 1444, and Reformation Desire events won’t fire before 1444 either.

Two caveats: first, most of the mod was procedurally generated, because I didn’t fancy making a couple thousand new tags by hand. I did my best to catch and correct errors where they cropped up, but there may well be serious bugs I missed. Second, the game runs pretty slow with a couple thousand new tags! Still better than the last time I tried to play MEIOU and Taxes, though ¯_(ツ)_/¯.

I have no idea how fun this mod will be, since I mostly made it as a Python practice exercise. I hope you enjoy it, though. Comments, feedback, and suggestions are welcome.
