Description:

It’s Chaplain, but for RPGO.
found at ~1206 (or 872 for smoke)

Includes four specializations:
Mendicant: psionic healer with a bit of utility
Chaplain: psionic cleanser, buffer and cooldown reducer
Censer Bearer: all about them smoke grenades
Gravekeeper: control or destroy undead foes.

Censer Bearer needs smoke grenades, the other three need psiamps.

If you want to use the primary launcher, you’ll also need the voodoo bstar did in the RPGO Grimy Specs.
