WHAT THIS MOD DOES
Sponsor balance overhaul: all sponsors rebalanced as in Hard or Very Hard dificulty.
Sponsor bonuses synergy improved and presented with immersive flavor names.
Mission goals updated in accordance with the new sponsor bonuses balance.

PERSONAL NOTES
• I needed to see a little more survival in Surviving Mars. For me, the most of the original sponsors are a bit too easy, and playing only the default "Hard" ones is boring – so I reworked them as "hard" (which is "normal" in my book).
• In addition to that, I feel that some of the Sponsor bonuses should be more thematic and have better synergy. I thought of ways to achieve that.
I apologise that the rework of the Paradox sponsor is not included. I may add it in the future.
