COMPATIBLE WITH 1.4+ (Archimedes)

A refined Rome for those who prefer the Republic of Rome with a more dramatic red faction color. This red is proper for an uprising latin empire.

This mod changes:

· Romes faction color to 128, 0, 7 (rgb).
· Romes revolt color to "offwhite" (pre existing in the code)
· Romes revolt emblem color to "roman_red" (pre existing in the code)
