Description:

Nothing fancy. Adds compatability for Shellguard mech parts to utilize FU mech stats, such as Mass, health bonus, energy adjustments, and so forth.

2 : updated damage values of a few weapons, but primarily balanced the Rotary cannon.

1.2: added support for new parts recently added in SG
