-Elevates some lesser terror related crimes to be more likely on higher security convicts. (So terrorists in lower security groups are now less likely.)

fyi: This is made and tested for the English version of the game. It does not blend well with translated games I’ve been told(!)
This mod definitely shows my manic side! I spent allot of time researching crimes so heinous and dark, I must be on a watch list, my google search history is tarnished for ever…I will get banners for lawyers for the rest of my life!!

I didn’t add to much misdemeanor stuff as that doesn’t land anyone in jail for too long… So it’s pretty extreme/specific stuff, please let me know what you think! If you think something is missing, or if you think a sentence is not correctly named or too long or too short!!
