This version is not fully translated but most strings are in English. Just those buttons and some menus are in Chinese, and you can watch the tutorial video to know what those buttons and menus are.
Please set the game language to English in steam setting. Because the mod only has English language files, if the setting is some other language, the game won’t be able to find the language files and will crash.
Also remember to create a new player profile for this mod, which will help you avoid some potential bugs.
