Although using face masks might give a false feeling of personal security, Mayor Calvin Heller is convinced this will be a 100% ideal solution for your overcrowded prison, and so he bought tons of very cheap masks from a country with very little hygiene standards and ordered all prison staff to wear these things. Being able to spread Covid-19 in you prison should thus be not possible, according to his personal thoughts. We’ll see…
