Swedish Missions
This mod adds 32 new fairly historically inspired missions to Sweden and 7 unique events tied to the mission tree. There are also multiple temporary and permanent modifiers you can now obtain. Previous events that relate to some of the new missions are now fired only by the related mission – such as the Military Reforms of Gustavus Adolphus and the Centralization Reforms of Gustav.
I have held the implementation of the missions to the same quality standard that Paradox have set for both their DLC and free mission additions to nations.
This has been a passion project of mine and I felt that Sweden along with Scandinavia has been lacking in flavour compared to the rest of Europe since the 1.30 update.
Disclaimers: There may be balance issues, bugs or code not working as intended. If you encounter any issues specific to this mod then please let me know.
It is recommended that you have all the major expansions to ensure the mod works as intended.
Compatibility with other mods is not guaranteed although I have tried my best to achieve that. Aslong as the mod doesn’t override the Swedish events file, it should in theory be compatible.
There are plans to add more missions and unique events sometime in the future. I’m open to any suggestions.
Anyone wishing to implement this mod into one of their own must ask for permission first.
