Israel – Emperor Edition
This allows a decision by jewish* nations that own the Palestine area to form Israel. Included are a new flag, the same national ideas as if you converted from CK2[eu4.paradoxwikis.com], as well as permanent claims on the surrounding areas for starting expansion.
Note: There is now an event for a player/AI Israel released from their overlord; which gives the permanent claims as if the nation was formed naturally.
