Godly Libraries
This mod basically just buffs libraries a lot.
I didn’t buff the Barbarians stuff though because they cant read anyway.
The buffs go as follows:
Level 1 Library 100% Research rate
Level 2 Library 200% Research rate
Level 3 Library 300% Research rate
There is also a unique buff for the Library of Pergamon, giving it a 650% Research rate.
The Libraries are not cheaper to build, nor do they provide more income. Only the research rate is affected.
