Retribution adds 109 147 brand new items to the Binding of Isaac – ranging from a feeble axolotl friend to a cursed pumpkin mask.

Play as Icarus, who starts off with a precarious repertoire of powerful items while facing against the game’s more powerful foes; or as Mammon, a greedy boar with a penchant for new items. Beat the game with these characters to unlock some of the new items!

Additionally, there are eleven new challenges to overcome – and the occasional piggish beggar willing to trade a few nickels for some of the mod’s items.
