Description:

Many people already had this idea but there’s still no mod related to it. Well, this is past now. Angel Beggar now finally appears in the basement!

Angel Beggar:

• Angel Beggar asks for half soul/black hearts, having a chance to drop sacks, eternal hearts, eternal chests or an item from angel beggar pool. Unlike demon beggar, Isaac doesn’t take damage by paying hearts.
• It always drop something by paying five times in current room, similar to vanilla beggars.
• Bombing an angel beggar increases the chance to get a devil room for the floor, and donating until it spawns an item increases the chance to get an angel room for the floor.
• It can be found naturally, but rarely, in angel rooms and super secret rooms. It also has 5% chance to replace normal beggars.

Although the payment is always half a heart regardless of the floor, Isaac is not able to cheese the angel beggar with damage immunity, since he doesn’t take damage. Also, eternal heart doesn’t prevent Isaac from dying when paying with one half soul heart remaining.

— Compatibility —

• Mod Config Menu: Allows to change some mechanics about angel beggars: Chance to replace normal beggars, change angel beggar pool to default angel pool and change eternal heart drops to holy hearts (requires the mod).
• Holy Hearts: Allows to replace eternal heart drops with holy hearts using Mod Config Menu.
• Eternal Health: Allows to replace eternal heart drops with ethereal hearts using Mod Config Menu. Can be used together with Holy Hearts config, making 50% chance for each heart.
• Revamped Special Rooms: Increases chance to find angel beggars in super secret rooms. The chance to find in angel rooms is decreased due to high amount of rooms.
• Revelations: Adds Lil Michael, Music Box, Spirit of Patience and Wandering Soul to item pool.
• SCP Pack: Adds Panacea to item pool.
• Rood: Adds Rood to item pool.
