Black Market
Active item, 4 charges
Upon use, Sells all heart pickups in the room to the devil for coins based upon their level, and sells any organ-based items for a dollar, removing the market item in the process.
Rusty Scalpel
Due to selling one of your lungs, you now cough up blood periodically that splatters in front of you and pools for a while.
