This mod significantly improves End Turn Times (~30% mid-game on my rig) by stopping the AI from making MOST of their own offers to the player (offers between AI are unaffected) which consequently means less time wasted loading in and out of the offer screen. They will still accept offers you make to them during your own turn. Therefore there is no negative impact on gameplay as any offer the ai would have asked for itself it will still accept if you initiate.

Besides just saving time, this mod largely reduces the amount of annoying clicking and attention required by the end turn phase. So now you can use the bathroom, make a sandwich, or do push-ups during the end turn times and reasonably expect your new turn will be up when you get back! Have fun!

AI interactions between each other should be unaffected including trade, alliances, confederation, declaring war, and making peace. AI offers to the player occur less frequently. You will still receive some from close allies or neighbors; however, if they are declined they will not be reoffered for at least 20 turns (rather than the default of 5).

Saved game compatibility:

This mod is save compatible BUT it appears to require 1 full end-turn cycle before the effects take hold. In other words, your first end turn may still be full of offers from the AI but not subsequent turns.

Mod compatibility:

This should be compatible with almost all other mods including SFO.
