Description:

Doubles the starting utility slots available to all XCOM units.

Requires a new campaign, as the stat is tied to the soldier’s creation.

Yes, this means that Patchwork gets a total of 4 with her class ability (+1) and the armor bonus tier 3 (+1). I just tested it and the UI shows correctly all 4 items.

You still have to obey the limits of the game (1 ammo type, 1 grenade type, 1 medikit max, etc.) otherwise this would grossly be overpowered.

I suggest playing with some difficulty mods (like my AI or Campaign tweaks) otherwise it’s just not fair for the Aliens.

You can open this mod’s INI file XComGameData_CharacterStats.INI file and if you want, you can give less slots to one class and more to the other. If you feel Axiom deserves 3 but Zephyr should have 2 and Shelter should have 4 it’s extremely easy to edit. Change the number values to your liking. Don’t go crazy however, I have not tested above 4.

You will not be able to remove this mod mid-game, you’ll have to think long and hard about it before starting. You also have to make your custom edits before starting and they are permanent during the campaign.

This was extremely simple to make, just text INI edits, and is thus compatible with mostly anything.
