Description:

Adds 2 new trinkets in the game:

• Blue Stem Cell: grants half a soul heart when travelling down to a new floor.
• Black Stem Cell: grants half a black heart when travelling down to a new floor.

If Isaac has Mom’s Box, the trinkets will give a full heart instead.

The trinkets are locked and won’t appear in game until the default red Stem Cell is unlocked.
