Thea
This mod adds a new character to the game: Thea the Psychic Amazon.

Thea’s gameplay focuses around her telekinetic bow. Holding fire in any direction will draw back the bow and aim it, letting go once it is fully drawn will shoot the arrow.
Arrows deal damage equivalent to your DAMAGE + SHOTSPEED.
Arrows inherit your TearFlags from items and such. (i.e. piercing, homing, godhead, jacobs ladder)
They do not yet support random chance flags, like holy shot.
There are built in synergies for multishot items, such as the wiz, 20/20, the inner eye, monstro’s lung, mutant spider, as well as brimstone, and technology items.
Thea has four abilities, that are assigned to hotkeys.(it is recommended to play keyboard for this reason)
Ability 1: This ability is called ‘Bomb Arrow’ and will use one of your bombs to make your next shot explosive.
The Bomb Bag, Dr. Fetus, and Epic Fetus, and golden bombs let you use infinite bomb arrows without consuming bombs.
Ability 2: ‘Spin Attack’ performs an AOE attack around you, knocking back enemies and dealing mild damage. This effect lingers for about a second, so it’s really good against segmented bosses.
A teleportation sigil is also created on the location of the player upon casting.
Ability 3: ‘Dash’ performs a dash in the direction your are moving. If you are not inputting any movement, it will dash you in the average direction away from the enemies in the room.
If there are no enemies, AND you don’t input direction, it will dash downwards.
Ability 4: ‘Spear Return’ will return you to an existing teleportation sigil, and also causes an AOE spear attack to rise out of the ground in the spot you returned from.
