Description:

A building inspired by a real life building from Prague.

The real life "Transgas" was built between 1972 and 1978. The architects were Václav Aulický, Jiří Eisenreich, Ivo Loos and Jindřich Malátek. This brutalist complex was the central dispatch of the Transgas pipeline. It consisted of two administrative towers, a dispatch building (which contained computers) and a commercial area (not included).
Even thought the complex was the most remarkable building of the current Czech Republic, it had no historical protection, so as soon as it was sold to a (swearing words) private owner, the complex, even thought there were protests, got demolished between 2019 and 2020 to make a place for (swearing words) developer houses.

Since this game supports nothing like "International pipeline dispatch" and the closest building is a (mostly useless in my opinion) city hall, I’ve turned it into a technical university.
Serves as a technical university for 100 workers, 100 teachers and more than 500 students. Costs over 300k RUB.
