Fix Crown Authority (vassal wars)
This is a simple lightweight mod that fixes crown authority so that if you have high/absolute crown authority your vassals vassals have to obey them as well
What this mod does:
Once the ruler of the country has high crown authority EVERYONE (cept the ruler) in the country, no matter their liege, can no longer declare war on other vassals! (unless they have a strong hook as per normal)
Once the ruler of the country has absolute crown authority EVERYONE (cept the ruler) in the country, no matter their liege, can no longer declare war on anyone! (unless they have a strong hook as per normal)
If you have high/absolute crown authority currently the vassals of your vassals can do whatever they please because they only have to obey *their* lieges crown rules, not the ruler of the entire country. This mod makes it so that once the ruler of the whole country has high/absolute crown authority everyone now has to obey those laws for wars.
No more being a empire and having a vassal king/duke letting their vassals do whatever they want!
NOTE: This does NOT affect ongoing wars if you get this midgame as those wars have already been declared. This will only make it happen for new wars
