Spanish Localization (by SocEnJGP)

Simplified Chinese Localization (by To infinity and beyond)

Adds a minor decision to the game that allows you to add/remove a new character trait.
If you are a current candidate for any elective title, the trait acts as malus to ai voting weights.

Notes:
This mod has not been thoroughly tested and may need changes.
New game suggested but may well not be necessary.
GFX – best i can do 🙂
