After the successful adoption of any resolution in the World Congress, get 50% of spent Diplomatic Favor back.
May not build Entertainment Complex and Water Entertainment Complex districts.

Tabletop Gaming Club:
Fujiwara’s Unique Building of Campus District.
Provide +1 Amenity for this city and other city with Government Plaza or Diplomatic Quarter.
All Tabletop Gaming Club can provide a Toy Resource after built Consulate building in Diplomatic Quarter.
All Tabletop Gaming Club will Receive 2 Amenities for every Luxury resource this city has improved after built Chancery building in Diplomatic Quarter.
