Description:

Adds the Seal of Solomon, a trinket that binds evil monsters in chains.

Item Type: Trinket
Effect: Has a good chance to chain 1-2 enemies in a room upon entering. Multiple chains can affect an enemy if only one is present.
Notes: Benefits from Mom’s Box, guaranteeing at least one enemy is chained in addition to the normal effect.
