Abyss++
Inspired by Revyy’s "More Locusts" and Aero’s "Locust Expansion Mod", this mod greatly expands the use of the Abyss item by adding more unique locusts for different items!
NOTE: This mod, similarly to these two above edits the locusts.xml file, thus it’s incompatible with them!
NOTE 2: Some of the special effects are bugged (mainly explosions, jacob’s ladder effect and teleporting)! However it is caused by the game, not the mod and I cannot fix it in any way!
What makes this mod different from the two I’ve mentioned earlier is, because of the fact that the customization options for the locusts are very limited as for now, that my mod focuses on the visuals more than effects (but don’t worry, these are also very cool!) So, instead of just boring locusts with only their colors being changed, you’ll find bomb locusts, key locusts, heart locusts but also glitchy, dripping, rainbow or shielded locusts!
I can officially announce that all items have their unique locusts! Yes, you’ve heard it: Every. Single. Item.
This also means it is the final major update for this mod and there will be only some bugfixes, visual changes or balance improvements from now on!
This mod now supports EID descriptions!
