Total neutral mod for DeI (4tpy)
Version of Total neutral mod for the Divide et Impera mod.
It is a standard 1.3 DeI main campaign without starting war, client states/satrapies and other diplomatic status for all factions. I also removed past events making everything very neutral. Only cultural affinity/avversion influences the starting diplomacy for all factions.
To make the mod work put this pack with a higher priority than other mods that modify the main campaign (including the DeI base mod)
