Mizzlebip
The friendliest clown around joins the party! It’s Mizzlebip, the loveable sidekick from the wholesome game Psycholonials! Psycholonials is a visual novel by Homestuck’s Andrew Hussie about clowns and clout and revolution.
Mizzlebip is a custom character starting with two custom items: her signature "Plead Emoji" and her trusty clown "Horn".
The Plead Emoji is a custom item that can spawn in treasure rooms as well. While you have this passive every tear not only looks like the iconic pleading emoji, but also has a 25% base chance to be a flashing short-range charm tear! And just as one would expect from a trustworthy accomplice, you gain power from backstabbing your friends! Killing one of your charmed enemies grants you 0.20 damage. This resets at the start of each floor and has a cap of 4.20 total damage gain.
Any character that holds the Plead Emoji will be given Mizzlebip’s hat!
The Horn is only given as a starting item to Mizzlebip. It’s mostly for fun 🙂 It doesn’t harbor a terrible dark secret 🙂 It honks 🙂

Mizzlebip and her items excel at harvesting damage from spawn mobs such as spiders and flies if luck favors you. Items such as Soy Milk, Mom’s Eyeshadow, Kidney Bean, and Venus all become very powerful when paired with the Plead Emoji. It’s ideal to achieve her totally not real GODHEAD FORM as early in the run as possible to receive the permanent damage boost that stacks with the item effect.
