Devil and Angel doors stay open
The doors for devil and angel rooms do not disappear after being opened.
You can also use the Mod Config Menu to set whether you have the effects of Goat Head and/or Duality without needing the actual items.
If you have Duality, or have set the effect in the menu, both doors will stay open if you leave the boss room, but once you enter one of the rooms the other will still despawn as normal.
(The Duality setting won’t help much in greed mode as there’s only room for one more door, but for whatever reason even on the shop floor where there is enough space Duality can mess up, when you beat the final wave both doors will spawn, but if you go into the shop/curse/exit room only one of the doors will stay open, so just make sure to pick one and enter it before going back to the shop)
