Added a quality 4 item in curse room pool:

waffle iron
Sacred section

Give 6 broken hearts
Spawn a random quality 4 item and a cube of meat
-1 heart and spawn a rotten meat for keeper
Charge time is 38 room
(Clarification: It’s fully charged on pickup, 38 is just rechrage time. SO WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR DO IT RIGHT NOW)
