Lazarus Takes His Medicine
Lazarus always starts with a good pill, and it is automatically identified.
How it works:
If the default pill’s effect is not good, the mod cycles through the run’s pill pool, and gives Lazarus the first pill it considers good. Then it identifies the pill he is holding. On Hard/Greedier, the mod can give him a neutral effect pill instead.
This mod makes no changes to the pill pool and does nothing when starting a run with characters that aren’t Lazarus.
