Perfect Balance
Rebalances the Perfect Set as a sidegrade to racial T6 armors, as opposed to a direct downgrade (as in Starbound 1.3) or upgrade (as before Starbound 1.3). The new stats are set at approximately 3/5ths of the difference between pre- and post-1.3, making the Perfect Set a jack-of-all-trades set, as opposed to the stat specialization of the racial sets.
