Titles For Leaders 0.3
This is alpha version of mod that adds titles to leaders and advisors (Since in many countries many of them were nobles) by adding "title-surnames".
If you see any error – write me, and I will try to fix that.
Known issues:
1) You can have 2 or even more ppl with same title. Just imagine they are relatives or something, or second guy is heir of first one.
2) If you leader or advisor will be female, title will still be in male form "Earl of X", "Duke of X", as EU4 have no difference between male or female surnames, and adding titles to names will make kings and queens have baron titles in their names.
3) Leaders with double names or double surnames and long title may get their title cut. Deleting double names from game is not a good solution, while cutting titles may harm flavor. Solution will be given later, I hope.

Versions:
-Version 0.1: adds few more usual surnames and many titles as surnames for England (Not Great Britain, GBR will get more titles, from later time). List is not full, and will be updated later.
-Version 0.2: Updated to 1.24+, added around 50 titles to Scotland.
-Version 0.25. Added titles for Brittany.
-Version 0.3. Added 100+ titles for France: Duces, (Vi)Comtes, Marquises, but almost no seigneurs. Will try to add them in later updates if I will find info.
