Who can use:
– By default it overrides French and its colonies, as well as Scarlet in Touhou Universalis.
– You can set who can use the sprites here：modmaid_spritesgfxsprite_packszzz_maid_sprites
– it is available to custom nations, at the very bottom, marked in light blue
