All credit goes to StyLmntz for this creation. This is just my loadout of it for RE 1.8.

Upgraded some of the thrusters, shields boosters, and added enough solar to run it at zero and keep the shields and turrets on.

Runs at 97% CPU as of RE 1.8.2
