3 New OP tenets made compatible with both More Religion Tenets Slots and Religion sins and virtues

2022-06-01 update:

• Imprisonment reason on conversion refusal
• Outlawed some of the negative congenital trails
• Outlawed contagious diseases
• New tenet Rite ignores doctrine changes

2022-06-24 update:

• Added new tenets, also function as update for More Religion Tenets Slots
• Removed Ai’s ability to request excommunication (players still can), it was too annoying
