Minimalist panel lowrises
A little side-project I did to distract myself from the current big one ^^, the mod contains three small residential buildings made of rough concrete prefabs, after randomly seeing a similar construction in the outskirts of Novosibirsk, surprizingly dating back to just 2001.
They are of average quality (72pc), and should be not too expensive.
The single unit houses 12 adults, the 2story 36, and the 3story 54.
