Random Pickup Drops in Greed Mode
Allows pickups to spawn after each greed mode wave, like they would in normal runs!
There’s a 40% chance for a pickup to spawn after each wave, and if it does then it decides what pickup to spawn using vanilla rules (meaning stuff like Contract from Below and Guppy’s Tail works.)
This should make actually getting pickups in Greed Mode smoother, especially bombs which are so rare.
