Always Stop Vassals War Character Interaction

A mod that make the Stop Vassal War Character Interaction always available, by default it gets a timer set and then you cant use it again which I though was annoying because I’m the ruler and I want that option available all the time.
It also allows you to ask for stopping war not only YOUR vassals but also vassals of your vassals and vassals of vassals of your vassals
They might not accept offcourse unless you use a weak or strong hook.
Most likely they will restart the war a couple months later so then you can use it again.

I just removed the timer effect so you can use it again and again without having to wait years to use it again.
REMINDER: IT DOES NOT! PERMANENTLY STOP VASSAL WARS IT JUST STOPS THE WAR FOR A COUPLE MONTHS!!!
Offcourse you can use it again and again, just use debug cheats or another cheat to add a Hook to someone so you can force them to accept.
