Description:
New Characters

John can find the tiny Warhammer of Zillyhoo in the world, and Jade starts off knowing some recipes.

Rose gains sanity at night and around monsters, and Dave can eventually make the Scarlet Ribbitar. They also give Kanaya and Karkat a sanity boost respectively when played together.

Aradia can see in the dark, and Tavros can play Fiduspawn.
There’s a chance to spawn monsters when playing fiduspawn, so play at your own risk.
There are two levels of Fiduspawn: regular and boss. Regular will spawn normal creatures and monsters, and boss will spawn a boss creature. Nothing too unbeatable like the Toadstool, though.

Sollux can use psionic attacks (must first equip something then unequip it. Not sure of a workaround yet), and Karkat doesn’t freeze in the winter. He also gives off a small amount of heat.

Nepeta is able to take down small prey and larger prey with ease depending on what claws she has equipped, and Kanaya can glow in the dark. *There is a bug with Kanaya where she loses her glow after awhile or after dying. You can now restore her glow by eating berries.

Terezi starts off with a faster walk due to her cane (and can "see" in the dark), and Vriska can use the Fluorite Octet for a chance of critical hit damage.

Equius has greater unarmed combat with an AOE bonus, and Gamzee has a higher attack damage when he’s insane.

Eridan is able to create Ahab’s Crosshairs, and Feferi can’t overheat in the summer.

To use Sollux’s and Equius’s attacks, press Ctrl-F, or hold Ctrl and click to attack.

There are more perks, but those are some of the bigger ones.

New Weapons

The weapons are probably overpowered, but that’s also half the fun. Everyone above starts off with a base multiplier of 85% weapon damage, so this balances it out a little.

Grist

Grist can be configured to be dropped by creatures and monsters, and it can always be obtained by trading in some flint. Recipes can be configured to take grist and frogs, or play without grist! Use any grist type on a Punched Card to obtain a random item.
If you choose to play without grist, you still have the option to make build grist to play the Punched Card lottery.

Frogs

Paradox slime frogs can be configured to spawn in the world, or generate your world without frogs. They’ll spawn randomly around the map all season long, and will "disappear" when you chase after them. They’ll reappear – don’t worry. Can be caught using a trap, or chase after them and pick them up.
Once you catch a paradox slime frog, use a catalyst on it to see what color frog you caught. To keep the suspense, there’s a small chance wet goop will drop instead of a frog.

To breed the frogs, you’ll new two of the same color. Just combine them in your inventory, and there’s a 50% chance you’ll get the next color you need!

Consorts

Consorts are mostly just for fun as they don’t add much in terms of game play. You can give them one of their favorite foods, and they’ll follow you around until they are either picked up or killed. They’ll follow anyone around who gives them their favorite food, but they’ll only be able to be picked up by their respective kid.

Crocodile: fish or small meat
Turtle: kelp or carrot
Iguana: petals or foliage
Salamander: berries or juicy berries (would choose mushrooms, but don’t want them to take damage)
