Мод додає в гру дві нові фракції: Novorossiya і Ukraine. У кожній фракції є понад 170 різних одиницях машин, танків, літаків і солдатів. У солдатів великий вибір спорядження для міста, ліси і пустині.Хоть і велика частина змін є просто ретекстурізаціей, при необов’язковою установці додаткових модів, кількість техніки в обох фракціях збільшиться. Наприклад у фракції «Україна» є вся вся техніка радянського зразка зібрана з модів «East vs West» і «RHS».

The mod adds two new fractions to the game: Novorossiya and Ukraine. Each faction has more than 170 different units of vehicles, tanks, planes and soldiers. The soldiers have a large selection of equipment for the city, forest and desert. Although most of the changes are just re-texturing, with the optional installation of additional mods, the amount of equipment in both fractions will increase. For example, the Ukraine faction has all the Soviet-style equipment assembled from the East vs West and RHS mods.
