Ottomans: Reworked expands the Ottomans to be more enjoyable, historical, and accurate.

Balance is still a major focus since Ottomans are the strongest nation in 1444.

~Adds a new decision for the foundation of the Ottoman Empire
~Adds unique government type ‘Ottoman Monarchy’
~Adds unique government reform ‘Young Ottoman Constitution’
~Adds a Unique historical Event based on the Battle of Ridaniya[en.wikipedia.org]
~Improved and reworked vanilla Ottoman decisions
~Changed Ottoman Colour to Red
