Overhaul 3.0
Overhauls the game adds new buildings, changes provincial investments, adds a -15 building cost modifer to ptah egyptian god of craftsmen. 100 loyalty so no civil wars every 3 years.
Basically this allows you to turn any sh*thole into a city. Basically by building the buildings that i modified here and using another mod i heavily modified with my own stuff as well you can turn any place into a Rome or even better.
Makes the game much more fun to play because you can keep upgrading the population growth of your city over and over so any backwater state can become the new Rome or as stated, better!
