More Balanced Military System for CK3

(Experiment)Encourage regiment diversity.(Away from balance)
Bug fixes.
Three major features:
1. AI Vassals can offer to join war correctly.
2. The military building now increases MAA’s max size instead of damage and toughness.
3. The un-raised armies now move at the a same speed as the raised ones in most cases and the army movement speed has been increased.
###What is the benefit?###
1) Make kings and emperors real
Since AI can join wars as players do, the kings and the emperors would be more powerful. This vastly increases the presence of AI. For example, the description on holy war cb is not implemented until the mod allows the AI to join war.
2) Balanced military potential.
No more crazy stacking on military modifiers!!!!!! Domain sizes will be less OP with this mod.(Actually, stacking knight effectiveness is nerfed but not removed. Producing Medieval superheroes is still an available option.)
This is an implicit requirement to the **join war** mechanics. The **join war** mechanics would be a joke if there is no balance adjustment to the current crazy stacking meta. It also increases the presence of combat mechanics like counter and combat width. A good army composition would be more beneficial.
3) Make Rally point only an army management tool instead of a player only cheat move.
Rally point is fairer tools instead of a cheat now. In vanilla,the Using rally point allows you to move the army more than 13 times faster than a raised one.
Feature 2) and 3) are designed for 1) in a way though they balance the system in their domain.
### Tiny adjustment###
Adjusted contents(buildings and traditions) about archer cavalry, camel cavalry and elephant cavalry.
The number limit on hiring holy order has been removed.
Duchy buildings do not require Duchy tittle.
The mod is super duper simple. It should have no visible decrement on performance.
The mod is stable.
Plan: fine-tune the AI join war parameters.
An overhaul(new mod) on military-economics system is in my plan, including a simple production and supply system which would put more constrains on maa recruiting in order to create disparity from different start region and date in addition to culture.
no DLC is required.
This mod is compatible with RICE. Please put it under RICE.
It is compatible with Government+ and Muslim Enhancement now.
