Crimea becomes a Tributary of the Ottomans instead of a March in the Death of Giray event chain
It should lessen (not eliminate) the degree and pace of Ottoman expansion into Ruthenia.
It should be compatible with most mods which do not change the Crimean events or the subject type files.
