Description:

Sangonomiya Kokomi is a playable Hydro character in Genshin Impact.
The young Divine Priestess of Watatsumi Island and a descendant of the Sangonomiya Clan, Kokomi is in charge of most of Watatsumi’s affairs, shouldering heavy responsibilities alone in hopes for giving Watatsumi Island’s people the hopes and happiness that they desire.

In times of war, each Citizen will exert 0.5 loyalty pressure, in addition to +2 combat strength for melee and naval units. In times of peace, all tiles +1 Gold. Gain 1 Governor Title upon unlocking a government for the first time. Possess an exclusive governor Gorou.

Coastal cities provides Housing as if they were fresh water. Starts with sailing and shipbuilding unlocked. Water and Floodplains tiles +1 Faith. After building improvements +1 Food, +1 Production, +1 Faith. Cannot build Canals and Dams. Naval and embarked units have +1 Movement.

Watatsumi island’s unique holy site replacement: Cheaper to build and have increased adjacency bonus to Water and Floodplains tiles, but no adjacency bonus to any other tiles. Receives a free Great Prophet (If available) upon building the Watatsumi Shrine for the first time. After building a worship building, the city applies an additional 50% of the religious pressure of the religion you created.

Watatsumi Island Renaissance era unit,replaces the Caravel. +2 movement and [ICON_Range] tile ranged attack. Each remaining movement point further increases +1 Combat Strength.

+1 Housing, +5 Production,Generates +5 Power. Researching electricity adds another +2 Production,+2 Power. Can only build one in each city. Building the Great Sun Mikoshi will consume all remaining builder charges.

Watatsumi Unique City Center Building. Provies +2 Housing, +1 Amenities,Each Citizen generates additional 0.5 loyalty pressure. +1 Science to all water tiles in the city, +1 Culture to all Floodplains tiles in the city.
