This cube is used to spawn and customize your holes.
It is an old artifact, long forgotten but found in an old ruin.
- Left Click – throw a hole
- Right Click or O – Open the customization menu
- P – Remove all existing holes
Here are the settings explained.
Mass is the most important variable that changes how powerful the hole gets.
Playing and changing with the settings is encouraged for the full experience.
Feel free to set these how you like. From a small, tiny hole that you can hide somewhere and watch take over the town to massive ones that consume an entire map.
If True – Displays particles near the player that fly in the direction gravity pulls. Default True
If True – Shows the current mass and the gravity where the player stands. Default True
If True – Then the player gets pushed or pulled by gravity. Default True
If True – Then holes will rip holes into the area close to them where gravity is stronger than 30g. Default True
If True – Then the hole grows visually as well. Grows up to 20x size. Default True
How long in seconds should the hole exist. Default 300s = 5min
Min: 0.1s
Max: 7200s (2h)
The max distance to the hole where things get affected. The range is automatically increased until this value is reached. Default 60m

How much mass the hole starts with. Default 1.000t

This is the max mass the hole will reach. Default 150.000t

How much the holes mass grows per second. Default 25% every second

Checks every piece of debris in its range and removes it if its mass is below this value. Used for performance reasons. Set it lower if you do not want small debris to be removed. Default 1.6kg

Max: 1000kg
The radius the hole starts with. If you step into it, the player takes damage and objects get destroyed. Default 1m
Min: 0.1m
Max: 100m
The key that is used to open the menu when holding the Omega Cube. Can be set in the options. Default "O"
Can Only be changed in the Mods Options.
The key that is used to remove all existing holes. Default "P"
Can Only be changed in the Mods Options.
Everyone likes their holes differently: Some like ’em smoll and some like ’em thic.
The type of existing holes can now be changed via the menu.
They differ in color, sound and the direction they pull or push.
Holes start at 10t of mass and exponentially grow by 25% every second by default.
The strength of the hole increases with mass.
Omega Holes now explode at the end of their lifetime.
They can affect the player and break fixed buildings and grow in size.

– Switches periodicly between being an Up Hole and a Down Hole
A purely theoretical object formed from an oscilating antihypergravity anomaly on a planet’s surface.
This one got used in the Man of Steel movie by the terraformer of the bad guys.

– Pushes everything down
A purely theoretical object formed by a hypergravity anomaly on the surface of a planet.
There is currently no scientific evidence.
– Pushes everything to one side
A purely theoretical object forming from an extremely long and powerful gravitational wave.
There is currently no scientific evidence.
– Spins everything around itself
These are known to science as spinning black holes with a ring singularity which drags spacetime around itself.
They exist in our universe.
– Attracks everything to a distance of 3x the radius of the hole
A purely theoretical object made of a black hole which collided with a 4D white hole.
There is currently no scientific evidence.
– Like Spin Hole but gravity direction switches sides every 10m
A purely theoretical object composed of rotating string singularities that emit waves that reverse the direction of time.
There is currently no scientific evidence.
– Its gravity slows down time
A realistic depiction of relativistic time dilation due to gravity near a extremely massive object.
Every object with mass has this effect in our Universe.
– boosts the speeds of objects near it
A purely theoretical object depicting the time dilation effects from an antimatter white hole.
There is currently no scientific evidence.
Now small Omega Holes can be spawned as objects like you spawn vehicles.
The settings they use are set in the xml file, but if not, the default values are used.
Spawned Omega Cubes do not get destroyed by Spawned Omega Holes.
Your game can crash if you have a hole that applies too much suction to the world. That crash is caused by to many bodies being sucked at once which makes the game tick take too long. Only widen your holes as fast as you can handle without too much lag.
