Description:

Added features:
UI improvements including fixed scrollbars and item searching for warehouses and importing.
Splints and NVGs added to shops/import.
Fix for NATO ground units not spawing – Credit toPapaGee and Gerhart.
Working signature keys.
Merged up-stream fixes from GitHub.
The up-stream fixes include a fix for civilians, sales people and police not spawning in and a fix for autosave intervals not functioning correctly.
Job fixes by Nvth1s & Rudyblah :
All slots are now able to get and complete jobs
Completing Global jobs now pays with Rep points and $$
Livonia port fixed.

Persistent saves should load from the original Overthrow. String saves are broken on both versions.
