Buy Banner Artifact Claim
Simple mod I made for myself, to allow the Buy Artifact Claim interaction to be used on all artifacts (apart from the Pope’s hat). Currently in vanilla all Large Wall Artifacts are excluded from Buy Artifact Claim – this mainly affects banners.
The intent of the mod is to give the player (though the AI can do it too) a reliable way to acquire unique banners such as the Holy Banner of Muhammad, the Derafsh Kaviani, Kave’s Apron, and the Banner of Thankfulness.
Disclaimers:
1. Dev comments on the files suggest this exclusion was put in place to remove the ability to buy claims on dynasty- and house-specific banners. This mod will allow claims to be bought for those, as well as any other banners – I don’t know whether that might cause problems (e.g. AI buying claims on foreign dynasty banners for no reason). I do not know of a way to allow claims on non-dynasty-specific banners without also allowing claims on dynasty banners.
2. I am a first-time modder here. I have tested the mod to check that it works (which it does), but no promises on any bugs, weirdness, conflicts, etc.
